Who loves cottage cheese? I do! I would just prefer not looking like I have it all over my butt, thighs or stomach. So how do we solve this problem? It's kind of simple, actually. Ah, yes.... Carbs. I sure do love those things! The question is though, are they good for us or are they bad? Keep reading to find out! So there are two types of these guys. Complex carbs are the ones you want to feed your body with because they are full of all those nutrient-rich fibers which our bodies crave. Zumba- So Much Fun! But Is It Effective?

Hey, all! Today I want to talk a about a form of cardio that I find to be so much fun! For months I was working my ass off running on cardio machines putting in so much effort, and yeah I'm sure it was effective, but did I enjoy it? Not really. I found it to be boring and time just seemed to go by so slowly. At last, I found something different...something I could actually make a habit of doing. That of course, is Zumba! Zumba is for absolutely everyone and for those of all fitness levels. There are classes for beginners all the way up to intermediate. Usually, classes are about an hour long and people attend them about 3 times a week. As you may know, this specific kind of cardio is a form of dance allowing you to let loose and just have fun with it no matter how funny you might look. It takes time to get down all the moves, but once you get the hang of it, you'll understand just why I love Zumba so much! Personally, for myself...I prefer dancing in my own home where...
